    Service was fairly good, food prepared very quickly. Not much parking which could be an issue in peak times for anyone wanting to eat in. Tables and floors could benefit from more regular clearing and cleaning. Access fine for a disabled user and room to manoeuvre around. The only thing that baffles me is the men's toilet door for number two's is right next to a urinating cubicleParking: Not many spaces to park in at all and car parking spaces are tightWheelchair accessibility: Disabled user bays, level entry and plenty of space and disabled toilet

    Last Thursday morning I went to this McD drive thru and ordered a double sausage and egg muffin meal. Hash brown was hot and delicious however the burger looked dreadful, it looked like it’s been left there for hours(or they reused the paper wrap), as you can see in the photos, burger wasn’t hot and the cheese that melted on the paper wrap was hard, absolutely disgusting. Lost my appetite and binned the burger.Ordered at amReceived the food at past.Took the photos of the burger at past.

    When you order for delivery, I am really mad that there is no quality control, the last few times i've ordered a chocolate milkshake??!!!! (can anyone say what it's like!!!!) It's short of chocolate flavouring or no chocolate at all. So can someone please sort this for next time.Can someone please tell me who the franchisee is!!! Because yes I'll take it further.

    Shocking service as always, ordered through the app and you only get half the food ordered and delivered. You speak to the chat bot, as no one ever answers the phone at the restaurant and complain and when refunded you only get a rd of what you paid for the missing items due to their refund policy guidelines. Shocking level of customer service from McDonald’s and uber eats!
